Thank you for being here. Therapy is an outlet to hold space for all parts of your being and a place to navigate through the complexities of your identity, power, and privilege. Transformation happens when we welcome these parts that are both celebrated and perhaps, stuck in survival mode. You are the expert of what your body needs to feel at peace. You deserve a life of safety, dignity, and connection to all self-identities, your body, and the people that matter to you.

As a BIBOC therapist, I recognize the importance of how systems of oppression and intersecting identities impact mental health and your ability to show up. My passion is providing space to people who are impacted by racialized trauma, attachment wounds, or sexual, physical, and/or emotional abuse. I welcome all who comes through my door, however, I do prioritize the needs for folx (children, individuals, and families) who identify as BIBOC (Black, Indigenous, and Bodies of Color).
