Welcome.

Healing, Liberation, and Community

Thank you for being here. I’m Tiffany, a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT) and queer ilokana (Filipino) dedicated to holding space for those navigating complex journeys of identity, healing, and connection. Rooted in an abolitionist framework, my practice centers on care, liberation, and dismantling systems of oppression that harm our collective well-being.

As someone who carries the legacies of colonization and resilience, I approach therapy with cultural humility, curiosity, and a deep commitment to justice. Here, you are invited to reclaim your stories, embody your truth, and explore pathways towards joy and authenticity.

What I offer?

Compassionate, identity-affirming therapy for individuals, couples, and families

A decolonized lens to support holistic healing

Practices that honor your resources, ancestral narratives, and lived experiences

This space is for you if…

You seek to break cycles of harm and create new, thriving narratives

You’re a parent and don’t want to ‘f*ck up your kid’ by passing unresolved, intergenerational trauma

You’re exploring the intersections of your identity and lived experiences

You’re ready to work toward personal and collective liberation

I welcome all who comes through my door, however, I do prioritize the needs 0f those who identify as BIBOC (Black, Indigenous, and Bodies of Color)
